Important information regarding Congress registration:

• Pre-registration period (without payment of participation packages): March 1- April 15.2025.
• Payment of participation packages with a 10% discount: April 16- 30 2025.
• Final deadline for participation package payment: May 31, 2025.

Instructions regarding the registration and payment (only with bank card) of the Participation Package to the 46th Congress of OIV/RM/2025:

• Register on the platform with your real data – You will receive a confirmation email;
• In 10–20 minutes, our system will perform an automatic data verification;
• You will receive a link to reset your password – this is required to become a member. After resetting, you will have access to your Personal Cabinet;
• From your account, click on “Order” and then on “Pay Now” button;
• Payment is made and registration is completed;
• You will receive an email confirming your registration and payment of the participation package.

Note:  All steps are necessary to be completed in order to ensure the security of your data and to verify the real identity of the participants.
