Online Sale of Tickets/Participation Packages for

 the 46th OIV Congress/RM/2025

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online platform www.oiv2025.md for purchasing participation packages for the 46th OIV Congress/RM/2025, organized by the Public Institution “National Office for Vine and Wine” of the Republic of Moldova (ONVV).

1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The website www.oiv2025.md is owned and managed by ONVV. Ordering any ticket/participation package through this site implies the buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The sale of tickets/participation packages is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including Law no. 284/2004 on information society services and Law no. 105/2003 on consumer rights protection.
1.3. ONVV reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The buyer is responsible for periodically checking for any updates.

2. TICKETS/PARTICIPATION PACKAGES AND COSTS

COUNTRY DELEGATION PACKAGE 1 day : General Assembly (lunch, coffee break). For official country delegations only. Free Not applicable
AUTHOR PACKAGE 1 day of presentation/reporting. It includes access to (lunch, coffee break) during that day. 100 Euro Not applicable

Note:

    • The early registration discount applies only if payment is made by April 30, 2025.
    • Full payment of the fee is mandatory for participation confirmation.
    • On-site payments are not accepted.
    • The participation of official delegations in the General Assembly is free, upon confirmation of official status.

3. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

3.1. By using the website www.oiv2025.md, users agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order processing.
3.2. The data is used solely for legitimate purposes, such as providing services, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and sending notifications/newsletters.
3.3. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
3.4. ONVV uses security measures to prevent unauthorized access to data. However, data transmission over the internet cannot be 100% protected, and the user assumes the associated risks.

4. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

4.1. Payment for orders can only be made online, via credit card. Upon payment completion, the user will receive a receipt and email confirmation.
4.2. Payments are processed through a secure system, using 3D-Secure technology.
4.3. The payment details requested are:

    • Card number (16 digits)
    • Expire date (month/year)
    • CVC/CVV code (3 digits)
    • Cardholder’s name.
      4.4. In the case of a currency different from Euro, the issuing bank of the card will apply its own exchange rate conditions.
      4.5. Refunds will only be made to the card originally used for the purchase.

5. ORDER FUNCTION AND PAYMENT FOR TICKETS/PARTICIPATION PACKAGES

5.1. Users can purchase participation packages via the “Shop Paket Online” section of the website www.oiv2025.md.
5.2. After placing an order, the user will receive a confirmation email with purchase details.
5.3. ONVV reserves the right to cancel orders in case of technical errors or suspected fraud.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

6.1. Cancellations are accepted only through a written request sent to the official email address of the organizer.
6.2. Refunds are possible under the following conditions:

    • Until May 1, 2025 – 100% refund.
    • Between May 2 and June 1, 2025 – 50% refund.
    • After June 1, 2025 – no refunds.
